Thankfully Duke not only very responsive, but the knowledgeable driver first made sure my vehicle was in a safe location then switched so towing in a way better for my truck's transmission. He tied it well and just genuinely nice guy. Sat. 4/12 at 2 pm. Thanks for great assistance!!

Tested my truck but couldn't find the problem so Seth didn't charge me. The problem came bsck a couple weeks later and I was happy to pay for the fix. Great customer service.

Steven was really nice,he picked me up at the gas station where I was dropped off. Veryyknowledgeable about what happened to my car. Even gave me a ride to my house so I could pay him. I also learned that they do automotive work themselves, so I would call them again.

My truck was broken down in a compromising spot in Duluth and Steve D showed up and took great care to get me to a safe place. Towed my truck to my usual mechanic. Steve was kind and caring. I appreciated how he made sure I was safe.
